Founder & Principal Consultant
Prachi Patel is a registered nurse, Certified Health Executive, and holds a Master of Health Administration. Her career is dedicated to strengthening healthcare systems, nurses accountability, continuing care governance, and clinical operations.
As the developer of the Integrated Compliance and Excellence Framework (ICEF), Prachi works with facilities to build systems that translate board-level quality indicators into routine daily frontline care.
She is a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and actively contributes to applied research, nursing leadership councils, and professional education.

Regulatory Compliance & Clinical Operations Consultant
Lijo Joseph Lalitha is a highly accomplished healthcare professional specializing in regulatory compliance, clinical leadership, and quality assurance with over 15 years of dedicated leadership in the continuing care sector.
Having served as a Health Compliance Officer and Inspector for the Government of Alberta, Lijo brings rare, firsthand insight into the enforcement of the Continuing Care Act and provincial health service standards.
Lijo collaborates with A3 Leadership Group to support healthcare facilities in designing compliant clinical workflows, implementing continuous audit tools, and preparing for regulatory reviews.
